Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and Switch and Maestro Debit Cards. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We also take cheques if you would prefer to pay by this method,
Cheques should be made payable to Craig Mitchell and be for the full amount of your order, write you order reference on the reverse of the cheque. |
Shipping And Handling Delivery charges are based on postal and courier rates depending on which items are purchased and the destination.
Please note that we do not offer items of more than 5kg for delivery to destinations outside the UK & Ireland. |
Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours which normally means that you should receive your order within 48 hours if in the UK and within 7 days for international orders.
Made to Measure items may take up to ten days from order confirmation.
Silent Gliss tracks and poles are made to order and may take up to four working days to be delivered, spare parts for the range are normally despatched within 24 hours.
Notification of missing orders must be made to us in writing within 30 days of purchase.
Orders sent by Royal Mail which have not been delivered within 15 days of posting will be resent. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Prices displayed on our site include VAT at 17.5%

Privacy Policy Fitting Services do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy Notification of discrepancies, damages or orders not received must be made to us in writing within 30 days of purchase.
For goods which are unsuitable and provided the goods are returned to us in resalable condition we will refund minus any delivery and handling charges.
The post office will supply a proof of posting certificate which will cover any loss up to £30 if we do not receive the goods. This is your evidence that they were returned, proof of posting certificates are free.
For goods which are damaged, contact us and we will have them replaced, or if you would prefer a refund follow the above proceedure.
Made to Measure items which are unsuitable are not refundable, however we will go out of our way to ensure you receive products which are suitable and fit properly.
Orders for which a price has been quoted are not refundable.
Additionally your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Digital Downloads are not refundable.
On completion of the purchase procedure you will be given a link to the download file, this link will also be displayed in your confirmation email.
You will have 24 hours to download the file you purchased.
Purchasing a Digital Download file gives the purchaser a licence to view the file for their lifetime.
If the file is a printable file such as a picture then only two copies can be printed per licence.
One copy of the download can be stored and one backup copy can be made of the file.
Digital Download files must not be re-sold.
If you wish to purchase a large number of licences get in touch with us and we will work out an appropriate contract. |
