Our tips for building Flatpacks are quite simple;

• Follow the instructions

• Use the correct tools

• Don't force anything,  good quality Flatpack furniture from manufacturers like Ikea is machined to good tolerances and if you need to give something more than a gentle tap with a hammer likelihood is that it doesn't go there. Similarly screws should not be overtightened.
